1. General Policy
- All donations made to Shree Lallan Tiwari Charitable Trust are voluntary and non-refundable.
- Donors are requested to verify details (amount, purpose, beneficiary details, PAN, etc.) before making a donation.
2. Refund Requests
- Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate donation due to technical error
- Donation made by mistake with the wrong amount
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction reported by the donor
3. Refund Process
- Requests must be made in writing to shreeltct@gmail.com within 7 working days of the transaction.
- Proof of transaction (payment receipt, bank/UPI statement, etc.) must be provided.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
